Manager Employee Relations Contract Position (circa $130,000 negotiable) This position is responsible for the management and delivery of the full range of human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, performance management and enterprise bargaining. To be successful in the position you will require relevant tertiary qualifications, well developed interpersonal skills, ability to coach and mentor staff, significant human resource management experience, ability to monitor a budget and ability to provide specialist advice and support to management, supervisors and employees. An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the inventory management and warehousing activities for the Darwin operations including dispatch, importation and storage. You will liaise with the business' major customer and supplier base in relation to documentation, tracking and storage of the client material. Furthermore you will visually inspect a range of products during the preparation for offshore and rig returns.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a supply chain role specializing in logistics, inventory, dispatch, importation and a range of general warehousing activities. Furthermore you will have a strong working knowledge of a range of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Candidates with experience in the oil & gas industry will be looked upon favorably.
