Provide technical support in computer and CADD methods, training and quality improvement in the Traction Distribution area Provide technical support in supervision, auditing and inspection of electrical systems. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: 1. High level of skill in traction distribution design and the use of traction distribution design tools and their interface to the CADD system. 2. Substantial knowledge of design and construction procedures for overhead traction distribution systems. 3. Substantial skill in the use of microstation CADD System. 4. Substantial skill in analysing and solving technical problems. 5. Substantial interpersonal and communication skills. 6.
