You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, including Developers & Testers, utilising a Whole-of-Team approach to delivery and hence will be involved in all aspects of development. You will be required to elaborate & specify requirements with developers & identify acceptance criteria measures with testers. You will ensure a common vision is shared with the team which will contribute to project success. You will also be involved in project planning activities such as Initiation, Sprint/Release planning & transition to production
You must have excellent analytical competency & problem solving skills to deal with user requirements, problems and issues, conduct gap analysis of options and prepare high quality, technically sound requirements artefacts.
You will have strong relationship building skills with clients and maintain a high level of engagement with them, ensuring accurate and useful customer feedback is reviewed and utilized accordingly.
You are also required to contribute to tender responses and client proposals by preparing high level requirements and co-ordinating estimates.

* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business preferred and/or equivalent below experience

* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience running Workshops.
