Job Description
Based in the global head office, this role supports a team of 5-10 and is responsible for: Formatting and checking legal documents with a high attention to detail Preparing confidential document packs including binding, creating templates, cover pages, glossaries and footnotes, and watermarking Transcribing from Dictaphone and producing correspondence Maintaining extensive filing and archiving systems Diary management, calendaring and RSVP management for conferences and meetings Preparing presentations in PowerPoint and reports in Excel, and migrating data between the two when necessary
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have experience in record keeping and using Dictaphone, as well as all round skills in team support in a legal environment. You will be an extremely detail-focused person with strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will have a tested typing speed of 80 words per minute with over 90% accuracy and proven advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
