We are looking for a number of exceptional Small Business Service and Sales Consultants who are enthusiastic and self-motivated to join our Telstra Business Contact Centre, Burwood (VIC). We currently have a number of opportunities available in our Inbound Sales Centre.
Utilising your business to business experience you will manage key customer partnerships with our high value small business customers. You will deliver end to end customer resolutions, maintain and develop strong client relationships and close on sales leads and opportunities.
This role is all about providing an exceptional customer experience so you must be passionate, results driven, flexible, a team player and possess excellent communication skills. You ideally have a background in sales or account management, and experience in value based sales or the telecommunications industry will be highly regarded.
