We are looking for a fully qualified chef to work within our small team in Falls Creek, Victoria. The season runs from the 5th of June until the beginning of October. Our restaurant, Cafe Milch is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week for the duration of the season. We pride ourselves on our diverse and ever changing menu. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to: the preparation and cooking of food ordering and inventory of stock working within budgets routine cleaning preparation of rosters work in accordance with food safety and OH&S We are looking for previous experience in a similar role, hard working and flexible, but able to enjoy the surrounds of the beautiful mountain area. The position is very much "hands on". Our roster is a combination of split and straight shifts over 7 days for the duration of the ski season. Accommodation will be part of the salary package. If you are looking for a position within a dynamic small but growing business, then this role is for you.
