We had an urgent need come in for a permanent Cognos person (that is a little scarce skill in the market of late) so after placing an ad on the job boards I logged on to LinkMe. Literally within 2 minutes I had come across a fantastic candidate that had put her resume on LinkMe the day before and I was the first to call her and within 5 days she had started.
